Where are orders dispatched from?

All orders are packed and shipped from Toronto, ON.

When will I get my order?

Orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Shipping time is based on the option selected at checkout.

Standard Shipping: Orders within Canada usually arrive within 4-10 business days, and orders to the US usually arrive within 5-20 business days.

Expedited Shipping: Orders within Canada usually arrive within 2-5 business days, and order to the US usually arrive within 5-8 days.

What are the shipping options?

Standard Shipping (not tracked): sent through standard mail with a stamp

Expedited Shipping (tracked): sent as a tracked parcel with Canada Post

Where do you ship?

Right now, we only ship to Canada and the United States. Contact us for shipping to other countries.
